SHR-50L small pvc resin mixer for plastic film extrusion machine
Application:
It is suitable for the mixing of plastics, resins, rubber, color
masterbatch and calcium carbonate additives. It uses double 3-layer
coulter structure to stir the blades and rotate at high speed to
form high-efficiency convection mixing, shearing, even mixing, no
dead angle, no residue, 3 Mix one pot in 8 minutes.
Structure:
A1: Motor: 100% copper wire motor, high and low speed, low speed
start, high speed operation; or variable frequency start!
A2: pot body: 304 stainless steel casting pot body, thickness 8mm,
once cast molding;
A3: paddle: bovine knife / turbine blade, 304 stainless steel
casting;
A4: heating system: double-layer oil storage bin, electric heating,
wrapped with stainless steel heating plate thermal insulation
layer;
A5: Base: thickened welding plate, durable and durable;
A6: Transmission system: high-strength V-belt, belt pulley, NSK
bearing
Features:
A1: The lid and the three-way device are all made of ZL102 aluminum
casting, the double-layer silicone sealing ring of the lid is
pneumatically opened; the dust filter is arranged on the top of the
lid; the dust filtering and ventilation function is realized, the
dust is flying without dust, no material waste
A2: The pot body is casted in whole stainless steel, and the joints
are designed with circular arc. There is no hidden material and no
dead angle.
A3: Different types of blades (cattle/turbine blades) or side
slurry can be selected according to different material
characteristics. The blades are refined by dynamic and static
balance test to achieve the desired mixing effect.
A4: Unloading can be controlled by temperature/time automatic
pneumatic control or manual control.
A5: Electrical control can be used for brand-name Zhengtai,
Siemens, Schneider and other electrical components (optional).
A6: Optional frequency converter or heating system.
A7:There are self-friction and electric heating, oil heating and
other heating methods. Heating temperature 15-260 degrees can be
set.
